Service Style Options
Our appetizers and canapés can be served passed or stationary, depending on your event style and setup.

  • Passed service involves one or more staff members walking through your event offering bites directly to guests. This option creates a more interactive and elevated experience and requires a staff fee billed at an hourly rate.

  • Stationary service includes displaying the appetizers on a table — typically set near the rest of your food, such as our charcuterie boards, cups, or grazing tables — for guests to help themselves at their leisure.
